Out of stock items
We are a small business and we only make small runs of each print in season. Generally, once it has sold out it won't be back until next season but if you ever want to double check drop us a line: support@littlehotdogwatson.com This helps us to run efficiently and prevent any waste. If you really love a hat and we've sold out it is always worth checking our wonderful stockists.
My tracking number doesn't work?
Only international orders and next day delivery are tracked orders. If you have selected regular free UK delivery this is not tracked.
Regular free UK delivery is a 24 hour Royal Mail scanned at door service. You will receive a 'tracking' number in your confirmation email. This will show when your item has been delivered OR if there has been an attempted delivery and they have missed you.
This will not show any other information as it is not a tracked service.
What if I get sent the wrong item?

What if the product is damaged when it arrives?

What if I don’t like a product once I get it?
As per our Returns policy you have 7 days after you receive your goods to cancel and get a refund. OR you have 21 days to exchange an item.
If you are returning the item from outside of the UK please ensure that you write RETURNED ITEM on the outside of the parcel to prevent any duties being charged twice.
What if I am outside of the 7 days cooling off period?
If you are outside of the 7 day cooling off period due to a late delivery we will honour the refund or exchange policy. Please contact us here.
If you are outside of the 7 day policy but within 21 days we will offer an exchange only. Please contact us here.
I want to send a product as a gift is this possible ?
Yes, it is possible to send a gift. If you send a gift, the person receiving the gift has the same Returns policy . Any refund would be made back to the purchasers card NOT the recipient of the gift. All products are wrapped and no price tags are visible on the products.
My parcel hasn't arrived?

I've sent a return have you got it yet?
Please allow 7 working days for us to get a return, check it and refund or send an exchange. If it has been longer than this Please contact us here.
I missed my delivery, what do I do?
If this happens, the post person should leave a calling card. No problem. You can ring up or go online (information on the calling card) and arrange for re-delivery to the same address.
I've lost the calling card for re-delivery, what do I do?
Don't worry just contact us and we will locate the parcel for you and organise for re-delivery. Please contact us here

How do I become a product tester?
It's really easy follow us on social media and sign up to the newsletter. We announce when we are looking for product tester this way. All of our products are tested by real life families in real life situations.
Can the sun hats be worn in the sea or the swimming pool?
Yes, the sun hats can be worn in the sea and in swimming pools BUT cotton hats like Little Hotdog Watson are not swimming or rain hats and are not designed to be kept wet or constantly soaked. Rinse and dry naturally (not in a tumble dryer) afterwards to keep them looking their best. Please note that chlorine in swimming pools is a bleach and can fade the colour of the hats. Every time a hat is worn in the pool / gets very wet this equates to 1 wash.
Are the hats safe if my baby chews on them?
Yes! Our hats are perfectly safe for even the tiniest baby. Our fabrics and hats are specially tested to ensure they are just perfect for your family.
