Our full returns and exchange policy is listed below. As a small business we do our best to make sure every customer is happy.

Environmental Policy
To reduce the impact of logistics and reduce returns we ask that customers check the head measurement before ordering. If you are not sure what size to order please email info@littlehotdogwatson.com and we can advise. So that you always receive a perfect fitting hat.
UK customers
Do you want to exchange something? No problem! Returns are FREE for UK customer who want to exchange their item.
Exchange
You have 21 days from placing an order to exchange a product for free. To exchange:
- Contact Little Hotdog Watson within 21 days of placing an order and request an Exchange
- Return your item for FREE to Little Hotdog Watson in *saleable condition
- Once goods have been received and checked at Hotdog HQ we will send out your exchanged item.
- Please note the FREE exchange is a label which the customer prints at home. If you do not have a printer a QR code is provided which you can scan at your post office to send back
- We do not offer a collection service for returns.
Cancelling An Order
You have 7 days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order. To cancel an order:
- Send an email confirming your cancellation within 7 days of you receiving your order.
- Return any goods back to Little Hotdog Watson in *saleable condition
- You can RETURN your item for FREE with PAYPAL if you register and pay with Paypal. All terms and conditions for this Paypal service are on the paypal page.
International Customers
Exchange
You have 28 days from placing an order to exchange a product. To exchange an item:
- Contact Little Hotdog Watson within 28 days of placing an order and request an Exchange
- Return your item to Little Hotdog Watson in *saleable condition
- Once goods have been received and checked at Hotdog HQ we will send out your exchanged item.
- Please note if you want to make a return, you are responsible for the cost of your return shipping.
- Delivery charges are not refundable.

Brought From A Stockist
If you have bought one of our products from a store or another online store please follow the information on their receipt for their returns policy.
The Small Print:
*Saleable condition means goods must be unworn, clean and with original packing attached. Goods are the customers responsibility until they are returned to Little Hotdog Watson. We advise for exchanges making a note of the number and for CANCELLATIONS sending this via a tracked service which includes compensation. We recommend you obtain proof of postage. All goods are inspected on return to us. Once saleable condition is confirmed we will issue either the refund or exchange. Please allow 3 working days for this process. Replacement goods will be sent to the original delivery address. The customer pays the cost to return goods whether this is for cancellation or exchange.
Sample sales, sales and black friday items sold are elligible for EXCHANGE only. The customer will pay the return fee postage. Exchanges on these items are NOT freepost. OUTLET items are not available for sale or exchange.
